Fresh Flowers Are Perishable
Because fresh flowers are perishable, flower purchases are generally final sale and cannot be returned. We stand behind the quality of every arrangement, and if something isn't right, we will work with you to make it right as described below.

Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers
If your flowers arrive damaged, rotten, or significantly wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@montogether.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the arrangement as it was received. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a complimentary replacement or an appropriate refund.

Missing, Incorrect, or Broken Items
If any part of your order is missing, incorrect, or broken — including vases and accessories — please contact us with your order number and photographs. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Natural Deterioration
Fresh flowers age naturally, and their lifespan depends on the variety, season, environment, and care they receive. Normal deterioration that occurs more than 3 days after delivery is not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, your arrangement may vary slightly from the images shown on montogether.com.

Caring for Your Flowers
With proper care, most arrangements last 3 to 7 days. To help your flowers last as long as possible:
• Trim the stems at an angle when you receive them and place them in a clean vase with fresh water.
• Check water levels daily and replace the water completely every two days.
• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight.
• Keep flowers away from drafts, heaters, and air conditioning.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
