Under proper care, customers can generally expect their flowers to last between 3 to 7 days. Here are five steps to maximize flower longevity:

Trim stems at an angle upon receipt, preferably under running water, and place them in a vase filled with fresh water.
Ensure the vase is thoroughly clean and filled with fresh water.
Monitor water levels regularly, replacing it entirely every two days.
Avoid exposing the flowers to direct sunlight.
Keep the flowers away from drafts and air conditioning.

Mon Floral Design NYC reserves the right to request photos of the original flowers to address any concerns about freshness. Any dissatisfaction should be communicated to our team within 24 hours of delivery.

For quality control purposes, we may request the return of the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacement flowers if the originals have been disposed of or if images are unavailable.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, with electronic refunds potentially taking up to 5 business days to complete.
