Shipping policy

Mon Floral Design reserves the right to impose an increased delivery fee (to be borne by the customer) in specific situations, such as delivery locations outside the designated areas, inaccurate delivery information provided during the order placement, or complications arising from misleading information.

In the event of failed delivery attempts resulting in the return of items to Mon Floral Design, customers will be responsible for covering the additional courier fees. Subsequently, arrangements for re-delivery will be made, incurring further charges.

To facilitate smooth long-distance deliveries, we encourage customers to provide contact details for recipients. This enables us to coordinate an appropriate delivery schedule effectively.
